Under the commercial and trade name "Seyaha," our company "Aljawalat Almumtia Company For Information Technology" manages online platforms in various languages as well as mobile applications. It functions as a "Supplier", “Vendor”, and "Executor" for experiences, tours, events, and entry tickets for parks, museums, and tourist attractions that are displayed and marketed across numerous international platforms and renowned applications.

Our electronic, online, digital, and "technical" services include comparison and brokerage in displaying and facilitating the booking of tourist tours, trips, ticket reservations, travel experiences, activities, and accommodation facilities. We provide a direct booking option and act as a link between the customer and organizers/coordinators; however, we do not provide tour operator or tour guide services directly ourselves.

Terms and Conditions of Seyaha

Disclaimer and Agreement to Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour, entry tickets, tourist experiences, or any event displayed via "Seyaha" platform and participating therein, you acquire the status of a "Customer" of the company. By virtue of this booking, you acknowledge with full legal capacity, duly recognized under Sharia and statutory laws, that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

Assumption of Risk and Safety Responsibility

While "Seyaha" platform strives to provide safe experiences, participation in events of a special nature such as "Adventures," hiking, climbing, abseiling (rappelling), diving, desert safaris (dune bashing), or paragliding may involve inherent natural risks or accidents that could lead to physical injuries.

Accordingly:

The Customer assumes full personal responsibility for their safety and physical health when choosing to book.
The event organizer (Third Party) bears exclusive responsibility for all operational aspects and those related to safety and security standards.
Seyaha and its affiliates bear no civil or criminal liability for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances arising from non-compliance with rules, violation of the guide’s instructions, or negligence on the part of the organizer.

Disclaimer Regarding Property and External Services

Personal Property: Seyaha assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of the Customer’s personal property, including—but not limited to—valuables, mobile phones, cameras, or other electronic devices.
Operational Processes: The platform is not responsible for any interruptions, cancellations, technical failures on the provider's part, temporary closures, modifications to working hours, or overcrowding at event sites. Furthermore, it is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the entity in charge of the site or any external parties.
Jurisdiction for Inquiries: All operational inquiries or complaints related to the experience must be directed directly to the responsible event organizer, the museum management, or the entity operating the venue.

Legal Capacity

The user ("Customer") acknowledges that they have reached the legal age (18 Gregorian years or older) and possess the mental capacity and legal standing necessary to be bound by these terms.
Use of the platform constitutes an explicit declaration of legal and statutory capacity and full agreement to abide by all provisions.

Use of the Platform and Data Accuracy

Use of the booking services is prohibited except for legal and legitimate purposes.
Responsibility for Data Accuracy: The Customer is committed to entering 100% accurate and correct contact information. The Customer alone bears the responsibility of reviewing booking details (name, date, time, and quantity) before confirmation. The email address provided must be active and accessible to the Customer, and the registered mobile number must function within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and be enabled with the "WhatsApp" application to receive notifications and communications from "Seyaha."

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the platform or its affiliated applications are subject to constant change and automatic updates without prior notice.
Prices may vary from one platform to another based on offers or marketing policies followed in each specific channel.

Booking Confirmation and Entry Tickets

A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment process is successfully completed and an electronic confirmation message is received.
Booking confirmation emails do not constitute an entry ticket in themselves. Certain events require "Seyaha" team to issue and provide the Customer with official entry tickets separately. Therefore, the accuracy of contact data (Email and WhatsApp) is the decisive factor in ensuring the tickets reach you; any error or misspelling in entering this data falls under the Customer's responsibility.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

The cancellation process is subject to the specific policy of each individual service, which is clearly displayed to the Customer before the payment is executed.
All services and events are subject to varying and precisely defined cancellation and refund policies. A time limit (whether in hours or days) is specified prior to the booking date and time, allowing the Customer to recover the full or partial booking amount based on that timeframe.
We emphasize that certain services, such as museum and park ticket bookings, may be classified as Final Bookings (non-cancellable and non-refundable) immediately upon completion of the purchase.
These terms and policies appear independently and clearly for each service before proceeding to the payment page. Thus, the Customer acknowledges their full responsibility for reviewing and reading the cancellation and refund terms of the selected service with extreme care before completing the booking. Completion of payment constitutes final and unconditional approval of those policies.
All bookings are non-amendable (e.g., changing the date, time, or category); therefore, please carefully verify all selections before payment.

Prohibited Practices

It is forbidden to use the site for any illegal purpose or to perform any action that causes technical or moral harm to the platform or its users.
Entering misleading information, impersonating others, or attempting unauthorized access to services is strictly prohibited.

Role of Seyaha (Limitation of Liability)

"Seyaha" platform acts as a technical intermediary to facilitate booking operations between the Customer and independent service providers (such as guides, organizers, hotels, transport companies, museums, and others).
The platform's responsibility ends upon facilitating and confirming the booking, while the responsibility for actual execution lies solely with the provider.

Privacy and Applicable Law

Data: Personal information is handled in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" approved on the platform. Your use of the site signifies your consent to the collection and processing of data in the interest of service provision.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute—God forbid—it shall be settled exclusively by the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh.
