• Arrive 15–20 minutes before your flight.

• Maximum weight: 150 kg (330 lbs)

• Minimum age: 8 years

• A valid official document (ID/residence permit/passport with visitor visa) is required, and there must be no service suspensions.

• Clothes may get wet during the event, so it is advisable to bring extra clothes for your comfort.

• For those who suffer from seasickness (or are unsure), it is advisable to take seasickness medication after consulting your doctor – these medications cannot be provided by the regulator.

• Safety deposit boxes are not available for storing personal belongings.
