The museum is located on the 47th floor of the tower , and spans the last four floors of the tower, directly behind the huge clock face.

Below the base of the clock is the terrace overlooking Mecca and the Grand Mosque, which provides you with a safe and easy view of the entire area from a height of up to 480 meters. Telescopes are available for viewing.

Due to the nature and location of the tower, the crowding factor and the timing of the visit must be taken into account , and it is certainly preferable to book tickets in advance to avoid crowding and waiting in entry queues.

Children aged 4 to 12 years

Terrace only: Tickets are reserved for entry to the panoramic terrace overlooking the Holy Mosque in Mecca for a period of 20 minutes.

This ticket includes:

• Private access to the panoramic terrace for photography and contemplation of the Grand Mosque from a height of 480 meters.

• The possibility of using binoculars or a telescope.

Clock Museum: Tickets allow entry to all floors of the Clock Tower Museum and museum facilities, if available, for a period of 45 minutes to one hour.

This ticket includes:

• Accessing the main display areas.

• Photography is permitted in designated areas.

• Using the digital guide.

VIP Ticket: This ticket gives you additional benefits for 120 minutes.
This ticket includes:

• Fast Track entry without waiting or standing in lines.

Museum location:

The entrance is located opposite the southern courtyard gate of the sanctuary. Visitors should enter through the main entrance of the clock towers, then proceed to the elevators on the ground floor and reach floor P9.
After reaching P9, the visitor should follow the directional signs until reaching the museum entrance.

• The museum does not allow large bags (such as suitcases) or food and drinks.
